I post images on this site to showcase my work, attract potential clients, and perhaps give a little joy to the casual viewer. In doing so, I risk the unscrupulous person misappropriating my work. In the digital age, Copyright Law Usage Rights and Digital Usage Rights is the only protection photographers have for their work and livelihood. Under current copyright laws, the copyright of any photograph, video, or other creative media remains with the photographer unless specifically agreed upon. The photographer retains all rights to photos taken/media produced.

No images, video, or other media from this website should be downloaded, saved or reproduced without permission from me through a Usage Rights agreement.

For real estate, I approve and provide license for the use of my images and other media to the listing agent of the property from the time the media is produced until the property sells or the listing expires. Photographs and other media I produce should not be used for any purpose other than the marketing of the property listing. Agents must obtain permission to use my media for any other purpose, such as marketing the agent's services.
